Hey Guys! I have the CUTEST project EVER for you today! What do you think of Desi’s chicken basket!? My oldest daughter, Desi, wrapped up her student teaching yesterday.

As most of you know, we have chickens. Desi would share pictures or stories about the chickens with the students. She became affectionately known as the chicken lady by her students.

She made these little baskets for each of her students as a farewell gift. The kids are off to Spring break now, and Desi is graduated with honors. She will walk in her graduation ceremony for her master’s degree in June.

I am proud of her for her accomplishments at school and in the craft. She designed this basket entirely herself.
