A Muse Studio Happy Die and
Berry,
Blush and
Lime Crepe Paper to make this CAS birthday card. You can easily make a bunch of these assembly line style and have them on hand. TIP: If you don't want to sew down the center of the Crepe Paper, you can adhere the layers with a 1/8" red line adhesive and get the same fringe effect.
