STEP ONE:

Gather supplies! Mini candy canes (Five Below - Thank you RHONDA!), vanilla bark -so yummy with peppermint (Da Jewels <-- that's Chicago speak), sprinkles (Da Jewels), lolly pop sticks (Hobby Lobby) and food safe treat bags (Hobby Lobby).
STEP TWO:

Set up your mini candy canes in a heart shape. Add a lolly pop stick at the bottom of the heart as pictured. Melt the vanilla bark. I made about 20 candy cane heart pops with four squares of vanilla bark.
STEP THREE:

Use a teaspoon to gently pour melted vanilla bark in to candy cane heart form. On a later batch of these pops I learned that touching the candy with the tip of the spoon smooths the heart shape without any mess. Sprinkle while the vanilla bark is still soft and warm.
STEP FOUR:

Cool completely and bag! I tied my bags with
A Muse Studio Organdy Polka Dot Ribbon and embellished with a banner and heart. These make happy little
Valentine's Day crafts and yummy treats. Let me know if you try them.
