I know – I said I would be back on Monday! I know – it’s Tuesday! I am so glad you guys love me! If you couldn’t make it to my Summer Stamp and Scrap Soiree – we missed you. Here are some pictures from the day. I was too busy having an enjoyable day stamping with friends. I didn’t take a lot of photos. The few I took, I’ll share. If you live in Chicago, the Chicago Suburbs, or if your willing to travel and want to get together with crafty ladies like yourself for a day filled with stamping and scrapbooking, then get on my mailing list! I am planning another crafty day out for a Saturday in October. My mailing list is the first to know everything!
The first picture, above, is an action shot of some of the ladies getting creative. Below is a table before the action. I tried to make it pretty and welcoming. My Kitchen Table Stamper Summer Soiree is a day to get away. I want to make sure everyone has an inspired and relaxed day.
Next up is a photo of the place setting for each crafter.
A SWEET Summer Treat – Starburst candies in an A Muse Studio glassine bag. I cut the watermelon from Grass or Sage and Grapefruit Cardstocks using Mesties Circle and Scallop Circle dies. The stamps are from A Muse Studio’s Sweet Love stamp set – a Valentine theme set. I embellished the watermelon slice with Onyx glitter, Sugar organdy polka dot ribbon, petite daisy paper flowers, and Onyx mini brads.
Each stamper took home a watermelon theme card that was hand made for them by me!
Each stamper got her own watermelon paper poop bag to keep scraps all rounded up and under control. I couldn’t help but stamp it and decorate it to match the theme.
That’s all the pictures I have for you today. I hope they were worth the wait and they inspire you! Thank you for stopping by to see what’s going on around my kitchen table! If you have a party or event coming up, you should browse my webstore! With A Muse Studio products, it’s easy to make any event more special, more personal and more memorable!
Love that watermelon! I bet everyone had a blast!
WOW! Looks like such fun… did you have your ‘get together’ in a library? Wish I lived close. Have you thought about a Florida vacation? I could find you a place to stay ;-D
