Today we’re making the Elegant Leaves Ornament & Gift Bag, a beautiful handmade bag that has the look of a classic paper gift bag and is perfect for packaging a thoughtful fall surprise.
A Gift Bag With a Fall Twist
I filled my bag with these adorable Fall Maple Leaf Fabric Ornaments.
I think they make such a fun fall gift! The bag gives you a pretty way to package them, while the rich fall colors, layered leaves, and golden ribbon bring everything together.
But don’t feel like you have to put ornaments inside!
This bag is roomy enough for all kinds of little gifts and goodies. You could fill it with homemade treats, a candle, a cozy mug, a small book, craft supplies, a gift card, or something handmade.
That’s one of my favorite things about making your own gift packaging – you can make it fit the person and the occasion.
