Hey Guys! Today I’m sharing a Christmas card I made during our team Mystery Stamping event with my Kitchenettes Team.

Treat boxes are my thing – I’m not usually a fan of fun folds, I call them “not so fun folds”. This Mystery Stamping card was a real challenge for me. I think my card turned out especially good even under the “pressure” of Mystery Stamping. I need to share and I hope you enjoy the tutorial.
We only have a LIVE video for this project right now. I did a lot of updates and house keeping in the live. If you want to jump ahead and watch the crafting and chatting without a bulk of housekeeping at the beginning, skip to 33:33. It’s still a chatty video BUT we have a lot going on right now! Maybe when we are all well we will get the clean video edited and shared.

The floating stocking gives the card something special when it’s opened, but it’s still easy to understand and use. It can stand up for display, lie flat, and fold completely flat for mailing.
This was definitely a fun one to make and I have to admit, Mystery Stamping may have made me change my mind a little about “not so fun folds”!
Mystery Stamping with the Kitchenettes
This card came from our team’s Mystery Stamping event. My friend and teammate Kathy runs the Mystery Stamping once a month. She puts the clues out on Friday, and then we get together on Monday night with our clues and follow them to create our cards.
The fun part is that we don’t know what we’re making ahead of time! I had to scramble a little, but it was fun, and we always have a good time on the Kitchenettes team.
