It’s that time of year again – back-to-school season is here, and with it comes a great opportunity to save a little extra on your crafting supplies!
Thirteen states and Puerto Rico will be offering a Sales Tax Holiday during July and August. If you live in a participating state, you may be eligible to purchase select items tax-free during your state’s designated window.
Stampin’ Up! products that fall under the category of “items normally used by students in a standard classroom for educational purposes” will qualify – this can include things like adhesives, markers, scissors, and more!
Important things to know:
- Your order must be placed during your state’s Sales Tax Holiday – from 12:00 AM on the first day to 11:59 PM on the last day – to receive the tax exemption.
- These holidays are dictated by state laws, and may not apply to county, city, or special jurisdiction taxes.
- Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Wisconsin have suspended their tax holidays this year.
