Today is a 3D fun fold that looks like a shadow box. I did it in two of the three new Blue Foil Sheets colors – Coastal Cabana above and Silver below. There is also Night of Navy, it’s beautiful too!
So, this card flips open and then flaps open, see the photo below. The frame looks like it’s floating over with the foil wave, bird and three dimensional cloud outside. Inside the stamped wave takes the spotlight in this beautiful scene. I used the Watercolor Pencils, Water Brushes and White Chalk Marker to color my pelican image. I love the watercolor for a beachy feel.
The window in the outside of the card is cut using the Rectangle Stitched Dies. Save the cut out! I layered it in the inside with a sentiment and some birds from the Waves of Inspiration Stamp Set.
