Happy New Year!
I hope that your winter holidays and New Year celebrations were fantastic! I am looking forward to the new year. Did you make any resolutions? I didn’t – yet. I got some bad health news in August of last year and had to face some life style changes. I lost about 20 pounds last year…it would have been more if I didn’t gain about 8 pounds back slacking over the holidays! Darn you Christmas COOKIES! I need to continue my ‘food as medicine’ approach to eating in the new year. I also need to ‘automate my life’. I live in a constant state of chaos. It’s sad – really. So this year I am going to attempt automation. I guess, there you have it – my new year’s resolutions. What are yours?
