A Muse Studio Crystal Clear Glaze
STEP ONE: Stamp your image from A Muse Studio Floral Duet with StazOn Ink on Crystal Clear Cardstock. Flip the cardstock over.
Mix your glaze. Pour out some Crystal Clear Glaze for each color you are going to mix. Drip a little bit of Splash! Ink beside the Crystal Clear Glaze. Don’t touch the glaze with the end of the sprayer – you might clog your Splash! Ink.
A Muse Studio Splash!
STEP TWO: Use a small wet paint brush to mix the Crystal Clear Glaze and Splash! Ink together until the color is a well blended.

A Muse Studio Splash
STEP THREE: Paint your image with the different color glaze. Don’t move too slow but don’t panic either. Just keep in mind that the edges of your image are going to start drying right away. Work from the inside out if you can.

A Muse Studio Diamond Glitter
STEP FOUR: Sprinkle the wet glaze with A Muse Studio Diamond Glitter. Let the glaze dry completely and cut out your image. Use 3D Foam Adhesive or Crystal Clear Glaze to adhere you brand new stained glass piece to your project.

Pirate Party Cupcake Chocolate Treasure Chest Tutorial

Chocolate Treasure Chest Tutorial
Hey Guys! Here is a quick tutorial that has nothing to do with make a card or A Muse Studio – but it sure is fun with the Anchors Aweigh stamp set and a pirate theme party. I came up with this cupcake topper idea and design all myself – no pinterest involved here, this is all me. LOL
Chocolate Treasure Chests Pirate Theme DIY Party Tutorial
Chocolate Treasure Chest Tutorial
Step One:
Unwrap TWO Hershey Nuggets per treasure chest.
Step 1
Step Two:
Cut each set. Cut the top third off of one nugget making both sides flat. Cut the bottom third off of the second nugget leaving one side rounded. This pair makes a chest (flat sides) and a lid (rounded side).
Step 2
Step Three:
Melt a small amount of chocolate chips in your microwave. Stir at 30 seconds and every 10 seconds until melted. Spread a small amount of melted chocolate on to the edge of the nugget of which you cut off the top third. Use the chocolate to adhere the nugget of which you removed the bottom third. Adhere with the rounded side out and up making the chest with lid as shown.
Step 3
Step Four:
Spread some melted chocolate on the flat surface inside the chest.
Step 4
Step Five:
Sprinkle with Wilton Gold Nonparallels.

A Muse Studio Style
Candy Cane Heart Pops
Gather supplies! Mini candy canes (Five Below – Thank you RHONDA!), vanilla bark -so yummy with peppermint (Da Jewels <-- that's Chicago speak), sprinkles (Da Jewels), lolly pop sticks (Hobby Lobby) and food safe treat bags (Hobby Lobby). STEP TWO:
Candy Cane Heart Pops
Set up your mini candy canes in a heart shape. Add a lolly pop stick at the bottom of the heart as pictured. Melt the vanilla bark. I made about 20 candy cane heart pops with four squares of vanilla bark.
Use a teaspoon to gently pour melted vanilla bark in to candy cane heart form. On a later batch of these pops I learned that touching the candy with the tip of the spoon smooths the heart shape without any mess. Sprinkle while the vanilla bark is still soft and warm.
A Muse Studio Style
Cool completely and bag! I tied my bags with A Muse Studio Organdy Polka Dot Ribbon and embellished with a banner and heart. These make happy little Valentine’s Day crafts and yummy treats. Let me know if you try them.

Valentines Day Decorations – pocket tutorial

Valentines Day Decorations
I am so excited to be getting ready for my Valentine Party and Card Class! I have missed my paper crafts and crafty friends so much! I am decking the halls all out with Valentine’s Day decor. I want a festive atmosphere for my reopening! I just finished these pretty heart pocket Valentines Day Decorations. I did a picture tutorial when I made the second pocket. I hope you enjoy the tutorial. Please let me know if you make this pretty Valentine’s Day decor. It’s not too late to RSVP for the Valentine Party and Card Class:
Friday, January 24th at 1:00 PM or
Monday, January 27th at 6:30 PM or
Tuesday, January 28th at 6:30 PM

Step One:
A Muse Studio Large Heart Die
Here is what you need, all supplies are from A Muse Studio
Bubblegum Felt (EAFT203) cut with Big Heart Die Set (TAD0046) Cut TWO hearts.
Vanilla Felt (EAFT002) cut with Butterfly Trio Die Set (TAD0002) Cut small and Medium Butterfly.
Vanilla Felt (EAFT002) cut with Big Heart Die Set (TAD0046) Cut love sentiment.
Cherry Felt (EAFT204) cut with Nestabilities Spiral Blossoms 4 (TSB4364)
Sage Felt (EAFT501) cut with Flowers Die Set 2 (TAD0031) Cut THREE of the largest leaf.
Cherry Silky Crush Ribbon (RACR204) 4 1/2 feet – cut in half.
Onyx Dots Twinkle Stickers (EATW100)
Crystal Clear Glaze (EACL000)
Sewing Machine and White Thread
Step Two:
A Muse Studio Big Heart Die
Roll Cherry Felt flower. Starting from the small point at one end of the spiral, roll tightly until you reach the wide round base at the other end of the spiral. Then Adhere with Crystal Clear glaze as show:
Valentines Day Decorations
Arrange leaves as show and adhere flower again using Crystal Clear Glaze.
Valentines Day Decor
Step Three:
Valentines Day Decor
Using Crystal Clear Glaze adhere “love” sentiment to one of the Bubblegum hearts. Also adhere four of the largest Onyx Dot Twinkle stickers on the medium butterfly as shown here:
A Muse Studio Big Heart Die Set
I decided to add a small Vanilla Felt butterfly on the second pocket. It’s not pictured here. If you are going to add the second butterfly, now is a good time to embellish the small butterfly with three medium Onyx Dot Twinkle Stickers.
Step Four:
Valentines Day Decoration
Cut the Cherry Silky Crush Ribbon in half. Fold one end in half ‘hot dog way’ and then in half hot dog way again. You are reducing the width of the ribbon by three quarters, making attaching it to the heart easier. Once you have the end folded put it under the presser foot of your sewing machine and sew back and forth a few times.
Step Five:
Valentines Day Decoration
Pin the reduced end of the ribbon in between the two Bubblegum Felt hearts. Machine sew to form a pocket. Be sure to back stitch the beginning and end of your machine sewing to further secure the ribbon and stitches.
Valentines Day Decoration
Step Six:
A Muse Studio Big Heart Die
Use Crystal Clear Glaze, embellish the heart pocket with the flower and butterflies. Put a little piece of wax or parchment paper inside the pocket to keep glaze from soaking through the layers. Tie the Cherry Silky Crush Ribbon in a big bow and hang. I have one on each of the closet doors in my new studio. Happy Valentines Day Crafting!
Please share this tutorial with your friends and don’t forget to pin it for quick reference!

Peeps Bunny Die Handmade Card Tutorial

Bunny Die Set TAD0033
I am so impressed with the A Muse Studio Ready to Roll Workshop projects for March!  If you have been thinking about becoming an A Muse Studio Demonstrator ask how these Ready To Roll Workshops make your life EASIER!?   This month the projects are super cute.

I made this little peeps bunny homemade Easter card using the A Muse Studio card for inspiration! I changed a couple of things. My bunny’s eyes are French Roast Pearl Stickers instead of Onyx Pearl Stickers. I used Bubblegum Polka Dot Organza Ribbon for my bunny’s bow instead of Vanilla Twine tinted with Slate Splash! ink. I mostly made these changes because those were the products that I had on hand.  Isn’t this the cutest little circle note card!?

A Muse Studio Egg Hunt Assortment Cardstock, available only in March, and Bunny Trio Die Set make Easter Card Making EASY!  I have a Peeps Bunny Die Easter Card Tutorial for you.  Just click, print and ENJOY!

I love this clean and simple sample, but with the tips A Muse Studio published with it – I love it even more!  Tip: Don’t have washi tape, use pattern cardstock in it’s place.  This design works well for holidays too – spell  out ‘BOO’, or ‘JOY’ – or even ‘HI’!

Don’t forget to take a look at the Spotlight Sale and email me if I can help you save on A Muse Studio products!  The SALE ends July 31st.
